Full-day management workshop on management and validation strategies on OCF-22 assessment requests.
Effective Negotiation & Approval of Treatment Plans

Interpret, understand and manage treatment plan and assessment approvals.

Introductory and advanced level. Each session consists of five 1.5 hour classes conducted over a five week period.

Ancillary & Specialized Assessment
Half-day workshop focused on impairment validation strategies for determining usage and assignment of specialized assessments.
Understanding SABS Regulations
Full-day management workshop on understanding the impact of SABS Regulations on claim management.
Understanding Catastrophic Injuries
Three two-hour sessions on how to understand, interpret, and manage catastrophic impairment claims and ensure appropriate client care is given.

OnSite Education
InHealth provides on the job education with onsite support to ensure that the learning objectives are met while working in a real time environment. This practical, hands on approach maximizes knowledge transfer and enables organizations to set performance specific goals for education programs.

One customer that had three new adjusters participate in InHealth’s onsite education strategy experienced a savings of 56% on approval values for OCF 18, 22 and 23 forms over a 90 day period.  Not only did the customer reduce the loss costs, but the adjusters met their learning objectives which were to improve the medical/disability case management and to focus on the timing of the TP determination system thereby, further controlling expense costs.
