May Gibillini, President and CEO
Ms. Gibillini established InHealth Solutions Inc. in 1998. She has successfully implemented an internet-based assessment and treatment management system for a number of leading Property and Casualty insurers. She has brought together an esteemed clinical team of healthcare experts, spanning multiple disciplines, to facilitate the clinical claim management process.A former claims manager in the P & C industry, Ms. Gibillini’s  insurance experience spans over 20 years and she is recognized as an industry expert in the field of medical and disability management. This includes expertise in negotiating service provider agreements and effectively analyzing and anticipating market forces and trends to make changes in medical management service delivery.In her consulting role to the industry, Ms. Gibillini assists insurers and clinical managers in assessing and implementing strategies that improve efficiency and help to contain medical claim costs.
Ingrid Hentsch, Director of Product Management
As Director of Product Management, Ingrid is responsible for leading the product management activities, including guiding client implementations and rules configurations. With over 25 years experience working with insurance software and systems, Ingrid brings extensive industry and technical expertise to the development team.
Ingrid's P&C related experience provides her with unique insight into specific business challenges faced by this sector of the industry as she focuses on driving innovative feature design and development. Ingrid holds diplomas in Business Administration and Computer Science from Wilfrid Laurier University and Mohawk College respectively.
Peter Tyson, VP of Development
Peter heads InHealth's application development effort for the Claims Intelligence Software solution. Peter has over 10 years of senior management experience guiding the development of mission critical business applications within startup software organizations, most recently with Nightingale Informatix Inc. an EMR software company providing ASP based health records software to Doctors. Peter was also a key senior member of the development management team at Changepoint, a business software company which was purchased by Compuware in 2004. His 25 years of experience working in the information technology sector have enabled him to work directly with clients and understand the intricacies of meeting client needs with technology-based solutions. Peter holds an MBA from York University and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Honours Computer Science from Waterloo University.
Tracey Bryant, Director of Client Services, Professional Services
As InHealth’s Director of Client Services, Tracey leads the team responsible for supporting clients who leverage InHealth's Claims Intelligence Solution to process and adjudicate Accident Benefit Treatment and Assessment forms. A graduate of the Kinesiology program at the University of Windsor, Tracey holds an Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree and is a member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association. Her experience spans over 10 years in the management and coordination of health care professionals providing rehabilitation services.  Prior to joining InHealth, Tracey developed and implemented a psychosocial-based chronic pain program, launching two successful facilities within Ontario.
Angela Brake, Implementation
Angela has been a key member of the InHealth team since 2003. Having held a variety of roles including director of operations, client manager, and Business Analyst, Angela has an in-depth knowledge of the client needs, business processes, and technology-driven forms management. Her extensive understanding of the business allows Angela to expertly guide clients through the implementation of their Claims Intelligence Solution. Angela holds Bachelor degrees in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and Education from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
Stephanie Schultz, Manager, Client Services, Professional Services
Stephanie has led the Client Services team at InHealth since 2002. With several successful implementations Stephanie expertly guides clients to exceed service goals. Her extensive understanding of client’s needs and their business environments truly supports the triage of Claims Intelligence Solution. Stephanie holds a Bachelor degree in Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo.

InHealth Advisory Board

InHealth’s Advisory Board members provide guidance and expertise to the InHealth management team in a variety of critical operational areas including: product development, business development, and operations management.

John Trus
John has spent 17 years working with Canadian and US software companies in Sales Management and Business Development positions.  John has worked with both publicly and privately held companies, as well as with companies transitioning from pre-IPO to IPO.  He has closed business with some of the largest companies in North America across all major market sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, Government and Telecommunications. John is currently President of Canadian Sales Resources, a company providing outsourced sales and business development services. 

Prior to founding Canadian Sales Resource, John was North American Sales Director for Open Network Technologies. Previously, he was North American Sales Director for the Blaze product line at HNC Software (now Fair Isaac Corporation) where he spent seven years with its precursor companies delivering outstanding results. He has also held lead sales positions at Sterling Software (now Computer Associates) in their Applications Development Division, as well as with several Canadian application software companies. 

Bob Rogers
Bob joined InHealth in early 2004, after a career of 39 years in the Property and Casualty industry, where he held many senior claim technical roles, as well as executive level claim management positions.

Bob’s background includes extensive involvement in numerous insurance industry initiatives and committees; notably as past President of the Canadian Claim Managers Association and several years serving on the IBC Claims Committee. He was also part of the group that initiated and launched the first "IBC Settlement Conference" for the industry in Canada.

Helen Tsantsoulas
Helen brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology product management and business process consulting. At CiRBA, Helen is responsible for strategic and tactical product management activities, including the company’s product roadmap and product launch programs. Helen also heads up the channel education program at CiRBA.

Prior to joining CiRBA, Helen was COO for InHealth Solutions, where she led corporate and product development strategy and oversaw business operations. Prior to InHealth, Helen was responsible for global product management for IT Governance and PSA solutions at Compuware Corporation and Changepoint Corporation, and was an instrumental member of pursuit teams on several multi-million dollar accounts.

Suzie Dingwall Williams
Suzie has more than 17 years experience working with public and private companies in a variety of industries, including software, digital media, healthcare IT, clean tech, telecommunications  and e-commerce.  Admitted to the New York and Ontario bars, Suzie has worked for law firms on Bay Street and Wall Street, as well as for Nortel Networks.  In 1998, Suzie left Nortel Networks to become general counsel to Saraide Inc., a wireless data spinout of Nortel Networks which was sold to Infospace for US $470 million in 2000. As General Counsel of Saraide, she managed all aspects of Saraide’s legal affairs, including all outbound and inbound licensing arrangements, employment law, intellectual property protection programs, corporate compliance programs and international activities and strategic alliances. Following the sale of Saraide, Suzie spent two years as a principal with BCE Capital, the venture capital arm of Bell Canada, where she managed investments in Canada and the United States. As a venture capital investor, Suzie provided strategic guidance and support to investee companies with respect to operational plans, recruiting, market and customer validation, to mergers and acquisitions. 

Suzie has extensive expertise in venture capital, digital media, and e-commerce law. She regularly advises clients on new business models, raising capital, content rights issues, online contracts and e-commerce issues, privacy, and technology licensing issues.  Suzie has participated on the boards of start-ups in Canada and Silicon Valley and is currently legal counsel and business advisor to a number of Canadian entrepreneurs and start-ups as well as later stage software and communications companies.  A frequent speaker and TV appearances on building and sustaining new companies, Suzie is also the founder of Corner Office Beauty, Inc., a perfume and body care company.

Susan Foran
Susan works with her clients on a full range of corporate and commercial legal matters, including: purchases and sales of businesses and assets; technology licensing, acquisitions and dispositions; systems and business processes outsourcing arrangements; supplier arrangements; operational licensing and special permits; setting up and restructuring corporations, partnerships and joint ventures; corporate governance and business risk mitigation; and sales support. 

She has worked at large law firms in Washington D.C., New York City and Toronto, and was Senior Counsel at Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS). 

Susan is a member of the New York Bar (1989) and the Ontario Bar (1990); and a graduate of Bryn Mawr College (A.B.) and University of Western Ontario (LL.B.).
